Windows SP2

I just formatted my computer and ive been trying to download sp2 but every single link for the download that i try from pages found off of google it says that the page has expired when i click the link. Can someone send me a direct download link that is working. If not how can i obtain it from microsoft update page, everytime i try it goes to automatic update etc., thanks

Go to Windows Update page, choose Custon installation, and it should give you a message promting you to install SP2... at least it does that for me every time I go there. I believe there are also several links to it on the Windows Update page (right hand side?).

I get that when my Firewall [Sunbelt-Kerio] is blocking some particular page [it lets most pages through].
When I "Disable Firewall" it gets through ok. :)
Haven't yet figured out WHY it's doing it, and how to stop Kerio blocking just this-or-that particular webpage [treating it as malicious?]

If I remember right, mine was a Hewlett Packard link to the webpage of the company that supplies their software CD's [replacement, updated to Win2k, for my CD-RW = £10]. :confused:

I spent ages on the phone to a Hewlett Packard rep [with an Asian accent, so possibly in India].
He was calling me sir, so I said if he was going to call me sir I'd call him "Your Majesty".
So there we were...
Him calling me "Sir" and me addressing him as "Your Majesty".
He found it quite amusing, so the two of us were having a good laugh and it fair lightened the day. :D
I couldn't get through to the site and he couldn't explain why.
Only found out what was causing it when I came off the phone.
