I am Upgrading my Video Card,
I have 1.25 Gig of Ram,
i am wondering if this is enough speed to run it though? and please dont tell me i have to get a new mother board lol :P
I was thinking of over clocking it by 300 mghz, but honestly, if everything else is good, will it still run?

Required 2ghz or equivalent, so your processor meets this requirement. Could you give us some system specs please? The video card you use will largely affect your performance. That said, someone else might have additional recommendations.
Even though it meets the requirements, it's entirely possible that it will be slow or buggy on your computer.

Its a Geforce4 MX 440 with AGP8X
I know this card will not be able to support Oblivion, that is why i said i am planning on upgrading it... but i dont know what to upgrade it too, budget might be 150 or so.

$139 - Radeon X800 GTO (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102002). That's what I would recommend. But keep in mind this should be your last vid card upgrade for that system. AGP is dying fast, so buy this card while you can. Next time, you'll have to do a full core upgrade (new mobo, CPU, RAM, vid card). PCIe is the way to go these days, but that X800 GTO will at least let you get some more gaming life out that aging system before you have to dump it.

err, what would the most expensive Vid Card that i could get for my system then? Or is that the best that i can get that my Mother board can handle?

There are more expensive vid cards outside your budget. Like the vaunted 7800 GS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150131). This one is $300 for an overclocked version. But the cost-performance ratio is a bit low for the 7800 GS. The X800 GTO offers a good amount of AGP performance without breaking the bank. Or you could get a Radeon X1600 Pro (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814241017) for SM 3.0 support, although overall performance will be less than the X800 GTO.
It's up to you which one you want to buy.

I'd go for the X1600Pro with that budget, purely cos it is compatible with Shader Model 3.0. If you manage to stretch your budget, get the 6800GS (for shader model 3.0) or the X850 (if you don't care).
