Hello,

I will just simply say that their support infrastructure is absolutely horrible and their warranty support is atrocious at best. This is a personal warning based on my own experiences. If you see a Dell for sale.... run the other way!

Dells are generally frowned upon on this forum anyways. :p

Mind..have to say..that's how I found this site..when it all went pear shaped :D
Better support here than you will get anywhere..and free as well!
