Hello folks,
For the last couple of days i've had two small windows pop up saying "Spyware cookies" one with 11 and the other with 2 spyware cookies.
What are these? this is the first time they have popped up and if they are to be deleted exactly how do i do it.
Thanks for any help.

Well you could always try using CCleaner as it deletes all temp files from your internet browser and all cookies etc(Note you have to select what it removes)

But to be honest a notification like that could be the tell tale signs of something bigger.
Would you please download hijack this

Do a scan and save a log file and post the contents of that log file into this thread for the experts to analyse.Post the log in more than one post if it will not all fit into a single post.

Pefect. Now you just have to wait for the experts to analyse it.
Did you try running CCleaner to see if that got rid of the notification?
I can't stress enough to be careful what you select.I would suggest for now just ticking everything in Internet explorer and un-ticking every other option.
Just click analyse and then run CCleaner and then thats it.
You also have the WGA notification tool on there.
For more info check this topic out

If you think you would be happier without that tool on your computer I would suggest running a tool recommended to me and everyone else by ErnieK

I suspect it is this program that is putting up the warning and it is probably okay to go ahead with deleting those cookies:
ntl Netguard
I suggest checking with your ISP to find out more details about Netguard...
Your log looks okay...

Also, consider using FireFox or some other program with a good cookie blocker so this would not be an issue...

I saw that ntl was your ISP and it appears to run and application on your computer that is screening for tracking cookies... That is why I said it is probably the cause of the warnings you received... If you don't mind those warnings, it is probably okay... If you don't want the warnings, use a program with a good cookie blocker to keep the cookies from even being installed...
Also, I advise caution about messing around with the WGA notification tool if you are new to computers... It is a complicated subject that even the experts are not really clear on yet...
