BIOS Error Beep

Hi,

I have a AMD machine runs on Phoenix BIOS (1998), when the machine is started up, it just keep beeping in the same frequency. They are all long beep and just won't stop. I tried to research Phoenix error code online but all I got is information on set of code that included long and short beep but no information related to my case. I am not able to turn the LED light of the keyboard on or off.

Sounds like the beep code for either a RAM error or a CPU initialization error. So this is a 1998 machine? AMD? So what, like a K6-2 processor? Could be either error at this point.
