PC wont boot! need help

hi..
im have a problem on my PC it wont boot
-at first i start it up turn on the power power supply fan is ON, and i see Processor fan is ON, but CD rom not power-up, after a seconds its die.

plss.. help!

What are your computer specs? And also, what were you doing immediately prior to the problem?
