... Anantech have just benchmarked the new conroe E6300 with the Asrock 775Dual-VSTA that has PCI-Express and AGP 8x sockets, as well as allowing either DDR1 or DDR2 ram:

I've just ordered myself one of both, along with an Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro. I'm looking forward to performance boosts from the new Conroe (overclocked, of course), dual channel memory support, and support for ATA133 (old mobo only supported ATA100). The last might not be that significant, but any boost is good. Then I'm set for a PCI-Express when the DX10 cards come out! Woo! My final wish would be to be able to order from newegg.com, but you can't have everything!
I'll post benchmarks when the gear arrives next week.
