Upgrades.
A CD-RW and DVD would be nice.
And a Turtle Beach sound card.
Luck.

Hey,
I'm fairly positive that the graphics card does not have TV out. Looks a lot like the one I just bought and all it has is the 15-pin monitor connector. It's a nice enough card. 3D games look decent and 2D really looks decent. You will have to look around for a different card though, if you want TV out.
As Ranch pointed out, you'll need an add-on sound card. You won't like the onboard sound at all, especially if you're in to music.
Also, make sure that Athlon has an AMD approved heatsink/fan assembly and make sure it works!
Cheers,

Don't buy the Turtle Beach Montego II card if you'll be running Win2k. I bought this Dell OEM card at closeout because I expected driver support. Unfortunately, it has an Aureal Vortex chip and they went out of business before writing the final drivers for Win2k. I read (somewhere) that XP has built-in support for Aureal Vortex.

you may want to go with ddr instead of sdram, the processor has that extra "umph", so why not use it?
