upgrade CPU

hi, if i upgrade CPU do I need to reinstall the OS as well? is my OS gonna be confused and find discrepancies?

No problem on the CPU upgrade. Go for it. The O/S will like it.

No worry unless you possibly change the Mboard as well. Then it's a pro and con situation on that one as everyone has thier own thoughts.
