Quiet Power Supply

What is everyone's opinion on the Enermax Whisper power supplies? It says they are extremely quiet, so I was considering buying one. Also, it comes in 300W and 350W, which would be better for the system listed below? If anyone knows just how quiet it is (in dB) please let me know.

Know of any other quiet power supplies, I'd like to know too, but I don't want to a whole lot on it.

I would go for the 350 watt power supply. For the rest of it I do not know. The best to you.
