I'm running Win98 on a sony vaio pcg-f180. Whenever I set the PowerScheme, either by default settings or custom, it always "forgets" the next time it recovers from stand by mode back to "never." As in never stand by, never turn off the monitor, never stop the hard discs. I set it again, and again it forgets. Having to access the power panel every time I open her up is real damn tedious. Am I missing something, or is this just another reason why they made a next gen Windows?
