Here (http://www.ailyatech.com/html/casings.html) it is. Certainly not the narrowest ATX available, however. I'm putting a computer on a 7.5" wide shelf, so I ordered this (http://www.savingxoom.com/cod60atxmidt12.html) one today. (180mm=7.1")

I did a Google search on the part number and it only seems to be distributed in Europe. Google searching on icute has some links.
If you want a small case, I'd recommend a microATX case (requires a microATX motherboard).

I was with the same opinion of having a Micro ATX case, but I was told
it would be difficult assembling P$ or AMD Xp Processor, especially when trying to install Sound cards like SB Platinum 5.1...
Also, I have a concern about how good the cooling would be, in a Micro ATX case(Especially when running a AMD XP).

MicroATX systems will just have the normal incompatability issues with soundcards. Most have onboard sound, and this can be a problem for people that don't know how to follow instructions for disabling it.
Much more significant issues are power and heat. AMD (http://www2.amd.com/us-en/protected/Processors/TechnicalResources/1,,30_182_869_1039^4038,00.html?1006841475) only recommends three SFX (microATX) power supplies for the XP CPUs. (Will not link directly) Deer has crummy reputation for quality; Enhance has a good reputation.
If the installed PSU has a downward (http://www.enhanceusa.com/documents/ENP-2120A.PDF) facing fan (sucking in from the case), this (http://www.newegg.com/app/specification.asp?item=11-108-141) Inwin looks OK, if a fan is installed in the front. Otherwise, I'd cut a hole in the case next to the CPU for a 60mm or 80mm fan.
Upon further review, it looks like the Inwin mATX case at Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=11-108-141-01.JPG/11-108-141-02.JPG) uses the standard ATX form factor PSU. (SFX (http://www.pcguide.com/ref/power/sup/form_SFX.htm))
Ah yes, here (http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000514.html) is the thread I remembered. If you want small, I'd recommend this case, a fan for the front, and a dual-fan Enermax (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=58&manufactory=1400&DEPA=1).
