Hi, I'm also looking to upgrade my video card...I'm using a diamond v550 I had as a backup now. Had a high end asus w/64mb but fried it in 3 mos.
I want the ability to connect my vcr to it as well as my camcorder.
Any suggestions?
thanks

Tho i pretty much lean towards Nvidia products; i've heard it said that ATI's cards are better for TV out apps, you might want to give one of the Raedon's a try.

I've always used Diamond, Asus and matrox cards.
I don't mind spending the money, just never used anything else. Need some support on these 'other' cards. Does anyone else have feeback on these other cards.
thanks

Yes go geforce is the only path.
There driver support is awesome.

The problems I've had with ATI have all been solid drivers issues.
Nvidia just smiles http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif and says let's go play.
Luck.
