accessmicro Bad or Good ????

I have one person suggest "accessmicro" as a good source of a "barebones" computer system. And another saying nothing but problems.

Without opening a can of worms & starting a flame contest. Anyone have opinions on this company or others that be a source for "Mom's Computer"? Examples of luck/experience good or bad would be nice. I bought a processor from Accessmicro a few years ago. No problems. their return policy isn't the greatest. Check Comp-U-Plus.com Good prices and polices.
