Hi Guys, need some help please I have about8 exclaimation points under other devices in computer management while tring to instal win 2000 server. They are ethernet controller,3 pci device, pci serial port, usb controller, unknown device, video controller(vga compapible). i am trying to install this on a intel pentium 4 cpu at compatible. Any help is appreciated.
Did you actually click on each one of the problem devices to get the details of what the problem is?
Most likely it is missing/wrong drivers, probably motherboard drivers...mostly, but check each device individually, first.

sorry mobo is D945GTP i thought I added that.
Start here (http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/filter_results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=2064&OSFullName=&lang=eng&strOSs=All&submit=Go%21) with the INF Utility...it should be a exe, just run it and it should automatically install.
Then, if you are using the onboard LAN, Audio or any of the other onboard items, then you'll need to grab them too.
If the board isn't actually an Intel made board, then for the LAN/Audio/etc you should probably grab the dirvers from the manufacturer's website...there may be differences from the standard Intel supplied dirvers...
