I would think it's time to come up with a way to make sure other people cannot post messages using your user name. this is a very good example of the benefits of never letting any program save passwords.

Maybe you can try closing IE, then opening it without inputting your password, and clean out temporary internet files first, so your password must be put in before anyone can post a message.

A serious talk with your "meaningful other" might be in order as well...
