Translation Software

OK I need to translate a site and a program from Korean to English, is there a "Free" program that I can get to help me with this, I've tried a Google search with little progress..

However, I believe Google also has a translator and all of them tend to butcher the language... If it is sensitive, I would have a native speaker check it over before sending it and possibly offending someone...
