Cannot Hear Music In Email?

Hello Everyone: My brother got an email that had music with it when you read it, but he did not hear the music, His sound works everywhere else.
He also mentioned when he forwarded the same email to Himself, he then did hear the music.
Why can't he hear the music when he first opens this email? Any Idea's would be appreciated, Thanks, Tom

Tell him to go to TOOLS\OPTIONS\SECURITY and see what setting he has there. It could possibly be a setting here that is stopping the music from playing when he recieves this type of mail from some-one else

No, his settings are correct, so it must be something else? Thanks

ok, here is what I think it is, I think it is the senders settings that are not right some how, because we sent an E card with music to his inbox and it played the sound just fine.
This is the only thing we can come up with, as to what settings the sender can change I have no idea?
