The Intel chipset for DDR ram is called the i845D. There are currently 2 other DDR chipsets for the P4, one by VIA, and one by SIS. Most motherboard manufacturer's have a model with the SIS chipset, but the VIA chipset for DDR is hard to find (fear of reprisal by Intel). Asus has just announced a board with the SIS chipset, and one with the i845D. Tom's Hardware has a report on the performance of some of these boards, and is interesting reading.http://www.asus.com.tw/mb/mbindex.htm
