Automatically sleep

I cannot figure out how to have my pc turn back off automatically. It does it fine when I wake the pc and click the login button, but when it awakes automatically overnight (to record a program or defrag) it will not sleep. I have to log in and then it will sleep after the time I set. I have XP pro and I also have the little XP tweak program from windows. Any ideas?

Nevermind- problem solved. I simply used the xp tweak program to do enable my pc to not use the login. This allowed it to shutdown automatically like it should have
