Well I dont know if this is the good section to post, but i'll try.

Ok,

'A few weeks ago I had a Radeon 9600 in my computer and 512 mb ram... I couldnt play ryl..I can walk like 3 sec normal, and then 3 sec laggie, all the time again...So I bought a new graphic card : Nvidia Geforce 6800 GS/XT and new ram.. Have 1278 Ram now. Ffs I still have the same problem 3 sec I can walk normal and 3 seconds laggie. Someone know what's the problem ?

RYL is a mmorpg, but not only with online games I have that problem also with single player games.

I've tried so much already :

Update video card drivers
Put everything from the game on lowest settings
Turn off firewall/virusscan
Turn off every single program when I play the games

And much more =(.. Please help.

What version of DirectX? And does the computer pass all dxdiag diagnostics?

defrag? if not then if i were you i would do a clean install and that for sure will fix it.

Take close look at the capacitors on your mobo to see if any are leaking or bulging. Bad Caps thread (http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=25482)

This could also be a dying power supply. You can pick up a PSU tester at your local computer store for about $12, or test it manually with a multimeter.
