Here is my spec:

NZXT Apollo case
Foxconn C51XEM2AA- 8EKRS2H mobo
Western Digital Raptor 10k
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600
Quadro FX1500
ZALMAN CNPS 9500

The temp on the cpu run at 35c and gpu at 55c during idle. When the pc is active, the temp on the cpu runs up to 45c and gpu at 55c (gpu temp dosn't seem to change much). I have installed one 120mm exhaust fan in the rear, 120mm intake fans on the side and front. I don't know what I can change to lower the temp. And I'm not sure what the speeds are on these fans either. I've built this comp less than week ago.

Those are good temps. You shouldn't be worrying. Any full-load CPU temp under 50C is great! And the idle temp is only 35C - also great! As the thermal pad/grease under your CPU's heatsink settles, your full-load temps will come down, too. This happens over time, depending on how much you use & stress your system.

The GPU temp is also good. You should start worrying if the full-load GPU temp breaches 90C, but until then, it's fine.

So yeah... your temps are just perfect!

Thanks for the info. I didn't know what temp is normal for pc. Now I'm not worried.
