I was just wondering does anyone know any safe resources for finding fonts? I am using Photoshop a lot but I'd like to get some new fonts to use. Does anyone know of a safe site where I can find good fonts?

Thanks

What kind of fonts are you looking for?

This (http://babel.uoregon.edu/yamada/guides.html) site has a number of foreign language and 'ancient' script fonts.

Of course there is always the Simtel (http://www.simtel.net/category.php%5Bid%5D120%5BSiteID%5Dsimtel.net) archive, but there is no preview, unless the original links to the sites are still active and that list is not just fonts, but utilities too (both free and shareware)

There is theComprehensive TeX Archive (http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/fonts/) which also doesn't have previews, but does have zips of 'sets'...

Some more nice stuff here (http://cg.scs.carleton.ca/~luc/fonts.html)

I forgot a site...

Thanks for the links. I am mainly looking for fonts to be used in graphics such as signatures for forums, logos, leaflets etc.

I asked here about it because when I googled a lot of sites came up but I wouldn't know whether to trust them or not.

Does anyone know of any sites with previews of the fonts as that would be very useful.

I've used this one before...but if you do go there, do it in FF with NoScript and AdBlock...the site can be rather annoying otherwise. The files I've gotten from there have all been clean.
