Opera browser...

I'm using Opera as my browser now. When I want to download something then I'll switch to IE because it has Flash Get plugin.

My question is, how can I configure a accessible download accelerator like Flash Get into Opera browser? So that I can download by the download tools instead of Opera downloader.:confused:
