Click on the 'Network Security' tab on the left side. Under the 'Applications' tab at the top, from there you can block/unblock.
You may also want to look in the 'Web' tab on the left, then the 'Site Exceptions' tab at the top to make sure it hasn't been put in there and blocked for some reason.
If you still have problems post back.
I am using the last pre-Sunbelt version, but I do believe they are exactly the same. I have installed the Sunbelt version on other machines and haven't noticed any differences.

I have check the applications under the 'Network Security', but it doesn't list out the specify applications that can be set their access.
The site exception doesn't show any of blocking applications or websites. Only showing that kerio and micorsoft website are totally allowed to be access.

When I have problems I go to Network Security and Remove all listed Applications there that Kerio will let you remove. This goes back to square one and when you use internet aware apps you will be promted to allow/disallow all over again. You would obvioulsy allow MSN to solve your problem. This is a workaround to avoid searching for specific filters and editing them.

Yeah that's probably the easiest way to do it. :)

Thank...I'm trying to figure it. I set the incoming port to 'ask' rather than 'block', now seems ok already but i haven't try yet. I'll post back if I found any relevant setting about this.

I finally found the way to overcome it. By the way I found this manual bookhttp://http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio-Docs.cfm (http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio-Docs.cfm)of Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall, quite useful but I didn't do exactly as what it taught because somes are confusing and unclear.
The way I did was, firstly click on the tab of 'Network Security' > 'Packet Filter', in filter rules add a new rules that allow all the outgoing and incoming connection. >>>>Done.
Besides, I also change some port forwarding in my router. This site can help you in allow the port forwarding in your router.

So what is the sense in having a firewall if, in effect, you are just disabling it?
Do you realize by that setting you could get seriously infected with malware, data miners, virii and other hacker maladies? And also once infected you'd have no way of knowing if your pc is spreading the 'diseases' or data to others via trojans, emails, etc?
It appears that you did not remedy the problem but removed the protection!

I agree with FTT. I would remove the packet filter, then do as Paul suggested and remove all the rules and in effect start over like it is a new install of Kerio. This a bit of a pain, but it will take care the problem and still leave you protected.
You must have blocked something at one point or another that is blocking an inbound or outbound script or something necessary to properly connect to MSN. Which would probably falls under some generic rule, so it's hard to say exactly what it is. Although a script from MSN is a somewhat scary thought. :p

allow all the outgoing and incoming connection.
Sorry, I had missed a few words between those words. Suppose to be 'allow all the outgoing and incoming connection from and to the certain website I want to set'. For bit torrent files, I'm using Azureus to do the downloads, however Kerio was blocking its ways in doing the downloads. So the rules only set for Azureus, but not all...

Oh OK. If it's just for a particular site that's fine.
