upgrade video card

currently have a ati radeon 32ddr card in a system with a amd 1.4 cpu 266 fsb 256pc 2100 memory on a asus a7m266 mb. Would I notice any improvement in picture quality etc.by upgrading to 64 ddr video card. Also,any recommendations.

Maybe...if you play alot of games with complex textures at high detail level in a high resolution...if you don't then probably not.
