New virus out in the wild

Okey, some kinda virus is being transmitted by MSN (i don't know about other IM clients). An infected user will be talking to a clean user, when the infected user transmits something along the line of "Hey, is this you in this photo?" and will send you a file. Don't open it. I've been to 7 people today fixing their computers from this and will probly be doing more tommorow.

So anyways, heads up!
