Hello.
A few days ago, my computer got infected with some unknown virus after my brother downloaded some crappy files from the net. I tried using my virus scanning program to find the virus and I deleted them after the program found them.
The problem wasn't solved. Whenever I start my computer, a internet web still pops up and there is this error message saying "Failed to launch dll. The program wasnt found."
The next I tried is to delete those crappy files from my computer but after I deleted them from my computer(includes deleting them from recycle bin), they will just reappear again the next time I turned on my computer.
When I am using the computer, annoynomous websites will pop up every now and then. They continue to pop up even after I turned my modem off. Plus, whenever I am playing a game, or using some other program, the game will sopmetimes just alt-tab suddenly to bring me back to the desktop and there I would see those annoying pop up windows again.
I have tried everything that I know off to remove these virus but to avail. I don't want to reformat my computer as it would be very troublesome for me. Does anyone knows of any method to remove these pesky virus?
