sup dogs--

I have a pretty sweet gaming rig I made about 10months ago and I bought an Envision 20.1 LCD for it. It began having brief unprovoked power outages a few months ago and when I shut my system down for a few days last week it wont come back on no matter what I do. If anyone wants to address that, be my guest. However...

I figure the thing is roached.

I would like to get a more reputable brand and/or upgrade. I think the Envision cost me around 400 and I could probably spend that much again on a good one. What do you guys recommend? A year ago i bought all the fastest hardware so just assume that I can run a 1600x1200 monitor just fine\

yeah, with hardware advances everyday, a monitor that ran 1600x1200 10 months ago should have no problem now, does the monitor power on at all??, does the light just go orange like its not getting any signal?? if that happens all you need is a new cord to go from your computer to the monitor.

Does the computer work on a different monitor?

Look at these:

Keep in mind that those prices are in Canadian dollars.

Do you want a widescreen or not?

just try to unplug it and replug it and if you have 2 plugs going in psu unplug them both and replug them as i used to have this problem too but with a ctx.check also that you have a siutable psu as as you said have a modern rig its pretty sure that you need a big psu for todays vga etc.
