brand new board out of box(no static kill)made sure of that. has a amd sempron 1.6 cpu mobo is compatible with cpu.onboard video and a agp and pci card no go.the system boots but doesnt do much of anything it just runs with fans no beeps and no video and i have tried numerous cpu's video cards and memory sticks to no avail. last alt is the motherboard but not sure. it is the 2nd mobo that has been tried on system and thought to try here first before i got the 12 gauge out and start taking target shots.
