Agp video card installation

okay so latley my commputer has been randomly freezing up, it just randomly kinda sreechs then freezed folowed by a internal kernal somthing or other on a BSOD. So i put my computer on load fail safe ect. NOW i cant change any of the values to enable my VGA port. How to i enable changing of values and ****? thanks guys

It sounds like you used load fail safe in the bios . Correct ?
If so it won't allow you to change anything till you use . Load normal defaults
It may not be worded exactly like that but close.

As for enabling the on board VGA
It will be enabled when you connect your monitor to it and/or remove the added video card
