RAM do i need to upgrade to PC133 from PC100

i have a pIII 800EBMHZ at 133MHZ bus speed chip that was just put in to my computer last week, to bad my motherborad does not like it i al ready downgrade it to 500 MHZ at 100 MHZ bus speed to work right so it work not reboot on me all the time, so think of get a new MOBO, i think of get one that 133 MHZ speed

what i what to know is i have at 2 64MB of PC100 RAM, could there be use in new MOBO, or should i get new PC133 RAM,

You safest bet will be to replace the 100mhz memory with pc133 if you get a mother board that supports that speed.
Putting pc100 memory into a new pc133 Mother board will require you to set the speed down to 100
