AccPass is a hidden trojan tool which steals passwords of AOL, Yahoo Messenger, and ICQ without the user's consent.
I would post up a hijackthis log to get it analysed.
Download hijackthis here:
http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
Extract it to it's own folder ie, C:\hijackthis or just it's own folder on your desktop.
Run the tool and select the option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
There will then be a text file in the hijackthis folder containing the log.
Copy and paste the log into this thread.
Use more than one post if the log is too big.

One of the HJT experts will be along soon to help you out, you do have some junk on there.

I am not sure what Laguna sees in your log, but it looks ok to me... Since this is in a Temp folder, it really shouldn't be in Running Processes, so I suggest finding and deleting it:
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\BGF25.EXE
It would probably be a good idea to run CCleaner to clear out all Temp folders... Be careful to refuse the toolbar unless you really want another Yahoo toolbar...
http://www.ccleaner.com/downloadbuilds.asp
Then I suggest you do this:
1. Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe)
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall...
The program you noted is a password stealer, so if it is there, you will need to change all passwords when you get the all clear...

I am not sure what Laguna sees in your log, but it looks ok to me...
When I said junk I wasn't refering to malware, I was just thinking out loud about the windows live sign in assistant and the WGA tool.
Both of which aren't a "problem" sorry.
