Gday

I have seen a few post around that ppl have had the same problem. I have tried a few a the suggestions but still at a loss what to do. I must add that this problem dose come and go, there seams to be no patten to it though.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

You do have around twenty items running...

Including TWO AV programs. I would disable Windows Defender and see if that makes a difference.

Yes thats correct, also process manager and ccleaner, at first I thought it was a virus or spyware etc etc. But had the same problem even after a complete format.
I have taken AVG off since it did not find anything.

It appears that you may have installed some rogue antimalware.... I suggest that you remove it:
