Hello,
I'm about to get a CD-RW for my computer...
It's a Compaq Celeron 550Mhz with 20G hard drive, 96 MB RAM, a DVD drive, etc...

I found a great deal for this DIGITAL RESEARCH CD-RW drive which is 24x10x40... but I don't know much about this manufacturer... does anyone know if they're good?

Thank you...

Check the warranty they offer....if it protects you for a year and it's a really good price...I'd go for it [although I've never heard of the brand] - MORE important - How big is your POWER SUPPLY?? You already have a DVD on this machine + etc [it's the etc that always gets ya http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif ]...I would want at least a 300 watt job for that much stuff.

Output power should not exceed 125 watt, it says on the power supply... a DVD drive + a CD-RW drive + Hard drive + floppy drive + etc, would be too much, you think?
