How Do I Make My 2nd HDD My Default One?

I currently have 2 Hard Drives installed:

C drive has 40gb of space and my 2nd HDD (G) has 80gb of space.

'G' was only meant to be a temporary thing as it is my brother's and I was just borrowing it.

He now wants it back but he said that I can keep the 2nd HDD that has more space and give him the 40gb hard drive if I wish.

Now I was just wondering what I would have to do to basically turn my 2nd HDD into my computer's new C Drive so it is the default HDD, thanks.

I would check with the 80G harddrive manufacturer's website. There are usually utilities they have that will allow you to a complete transfer of data from one to the other.
