I want a core 2 duo motherboard with a good chipset (p965) that can also run SLi...and I don't know which boards have proven themselves good for overclocking as well.....

any suggestions?

You won't find any.

SLi is only available through nVidia chipsets (not Intel). There are some nVidia SLI chipsets that will run a Core 2, but I haven't seen anything so far that is very reliable.

The Intel P965 chipset is Crossfire capable but does not support SLI.

I thought that, but then i saw p965 boards with 2 PCI-x slots and became confused.

In any case out of them all which would you recommend? (Even if its not as good as the 965 ones)
