warning cpu changed

i was trying to overclock my pc, when i came out over bios n it restarted as normal, then it came with warning cpu changed, with 2 options del to go to bios or f1 to continue, so i tryed f1 it then came up with ntldr missing ctl+alt+del to restart, so i did that it restarted then came up with warning cpu changed again, so i went into bios, went to the thing i changed put it bk to what it was then came out, same thing happened so went into bios again n loaded defaults same thing, i try all the options that is on exit same thing, i even tryed going into bios then doin nothing same thing, any ideas what i can do? i've got a asus motherboard with a intel dual core processor
