Your looking at the fan ( ON TOP ) in the photo as the top.

It is the Bottom of the P/S your looking at where the fan is mounted

They just flip the P/S over in the photo.

Your bottom fan is good for better air flow.
Also allows for a larger fan than the Old style rear fan mount

opps...i even looked at the way it mounts and thought the fan faced up...my bad, but thank you for the reply...greatly apprecaited.
