please help!!

when i turn on my pc it makes a beeping & clicking noise,the beeping goes off maybe every 3-4 seconds & wont stop & wont allow the screen 2 display anything...If i keep messing with it & keep trying to turn the pc back on maybe after 20 times it will go on without a problem & work perfectly fine but once i shut it down then the problem starts all over again please help do i just need a whole new pc?

If it's a continuously repeating beep, then reseat the RAM modules making sure they're fully seated.
If no luck, then run memtest86 to check the RAM(install only one module at a time when running memtest). If errors show up for any of the modules, then they may need replacement.

If it's a continuously repeating hi-low beep, then make sure the CPU, heatsink, and fan are securely installed, and make sure the fan is running(It may also be making the clicking noise).

Also, check the HD for the clicking noise.
