i have a pentium2 processor. slot1 is a 350Mhz 512 cache. i dont know what kind of motherboard i have. what can i use to upgrade in pentium3, slot1?

Not knowing what your motherboard is and what it is capable of it would be impossible to say...you can grab the BIOS id string, a long number that appears on the screen (most likely at the bottom left corner) and use it to help id the board, use the <pause> key if it scrolls by too quickly. Then take that number and go here (http://www.wimsbios.com/main.html), should be able to get some ID info.

thanks. but i think i found out what the motherboard.brb m103 94V.-0 1000.COPYRIGHT1999. 990112. THE INTEL CHIP IS FW82371EB l0060907 SL37M iNTEL'98. HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS.THE MOTHER BOARD ALSO SAYS THIS BX31 ce N2349 http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
