Power supply required for a Dell GX300 motherboard

Can someone tell me if the Dell GX300 motherboard requires a standard ATX power supply or a proprietary power supply. Also will non-ecc rdram work on this system?

thx Andy, I have been on most of these sites. I see that Dell is offering a refurbished power supply but I am unable to determine if it is a standard ATX.
