Hi, I have a bunch of extra wires and other inexpensive PC parts lying around. I was wondering if there was a site where I could trade my extra stuff for another part of equal value?

I doubt there is a place you can trade, but you can sell them on eBay and use the proceeds to buy what you want... You might see if there is a computer club in your area that might do that kind of thing... Keep in mind that if it is too old for you, it is probably too old for almost everyone else as well...

EBay is a good suggestion,
Craigslist is another.
