Unless you have the corporate version of XP you need a new licence for each copy.
This includes both Home and Pro versions

Or you could develop a key generator for XP that would give you a valid key and then you could just activate it like usual. If it used the correct algorithm, there would be no way for the M$ servers to tell if it was generated or purchased...
