CD-Rom Problems

My problem seems to be difficult.the computer has 1 cdrom & 1 cdr/rw.neither one of them register that there in there.the cds are in there if you open them up in my computer. but it dosnt play them if they have autorun programs.is there somethingi can do to fix this?

have you installed or uninstalled anything?

how long ago did this happen and which operating system are you on?
