Local net issues

I have three comps on my LAN. my comp is the one having the trouble. I have an XP pro, the other computers are xp pro and xp home. I can see from my computer all the other computers, and the other computers can see each other, but no one can see my computer

Guest account turned on
Everyone settings turned on
firewall on with exceptions on file sharing
files shared and checked under management shared folders

when the other computers attempt to access my computer through the network places workgroups it says they do not have access and to contact the administrator

any ideas what I am doing wrong?
