Total comes to about $516, not including shipping and handling.

I have an old CD-RW and monitor I'm going to be using. The onboard sound should be all I need.

Does this set-up look okay? Do you have any recomendations? I have a budget of about $700 so I can spend more. This machine will be used for resource intensive software like CAD and matimatica, and online 3D games such as Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest, and Ultima Online.

If anyone could recomend a better motherboard, I'm just looking for something with 3 dimm slots, DDR, and a good AGP slot.

By the way, I'm Bob and I'm new here. Hi!

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

stuff looks pretty good but I would suggest someone that has more than a 15day return policy?

I would go for a better video card since you're going to be doing gaming...a radeon 7500 or 8500 or geforce 3 or 4 would be better for your needs...

I'm planning on waiting till the price of 128mb ddr agp4x goes down a little, then I'll be replacing that cheap 7000.

as for who I'm ordering from, I'll look into other sites.
