Suggestion for posting TV questions?

Does any one know where I can post questions for TVs?

I have purchased an expansive Digital TV (note not for the PC although I have one of these and recently solved the problem with software compatibility for XP) and want to ask a general question. Note it is not trouble shooting matter.

If you have one and you have a question on how to something or other how about the "How To" forum???

My origional inkling was to do this.
But wasn't sure if I would be breaching any posting rules, regulations and policies.

I will do as suggested.
