Just wondering if there was such a thing. I've heard of the SilentDrive (Figured it would cut down on air circulation) - and foams, etc. But is there a PC case that integrates some sort of noise canceling technology?

Alright, new question:

It seems kind of questionable; I'm not sure if it uses the same 3.5" form. And there was a note about the screw placements being in a strange location on the Silentmaxx. I know that no one person feels like going through these specs, but on the offchance someone is bored: would one think that both the HDD and the enclosure would be compatible with this case:
