Need help with a mouse

Hello there!

My name is angelo, i am new at this forum.

I just got a wireless mouse + keyboard, the combo. I think its this one:

mouse is: wireless optical mouse 2.0
keyboard is: wireless confort keyboard 1.0A.

So .. The problem is that i dont know whether the mouse has something wrong or it is used differently. Whenever i scroll, it doesn't go down sometimes, i mean like its like scrolling an unplugged mouse, because nothing happens. But sometimes it does work, i am not sure why ...

Do anyone, who has this mouse, know anything of this issue or is it damaged, or maybe its done differently?

and relative positioning of the mouse and receiver.

try to using the mouse near the receiver.
